Purchase orders placed on the Creativando website are governed by these conditions of sale. Creativando Srl reserved the right to change these general conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version.
Art. 1 – Acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
The agreement between Creativando and the customer is concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Creativando srl This acceptance is tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order in the ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions described below. Creativando srl reserves the right to refuse an order and to set purchase limits, guaranteeing timely communication to the Customer.
Art. 2 – Method of purchase
The Customer can purchase the products in the online catalog of Creativando srl at the time of placing the order and which can be viewed online at the URL address http://www.creativando.it as described in the relative information sheets. The images in the catalog are illustrative; may differ from the product in color tone. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Creativando srl by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a “customer order number”, to be used in any communication with Creativando srl. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
Art. 3 – Terms of payment
The Customer has the following payment methods available: credit cards and prepaid cards, Paypal, advance bank transfer and cash on delivery; the customer who chooses to pay by bank transfer commits the ordered goods which will be shipped only when the amount due is actually credited to the current account. The goods remain busy for 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. After this deadline, nothing received, the order will be considered cancelled. The purpose of the bank transfer must include the order reference number, the date and the name and surname of the order holder.

Art. 4 – Sicurity
To ensure maximum security in online payments by credit card, Creativando srl has stipulated a contract with Carta Si Spa which offers the “Secure Code Verifided by Visa / SecureCode Mastercard” anti-fraud protection. The service allows cardholders who have joined it to carry out the transaction on the site using an identification procedure which guarantees them in the event of fraudulent use of their card. Joining the service is free, can be done through the website www.cartasi.it and requires the holder to create a personal password and an identification phrase.
Art. 5 – Delivery
To deliver the products quickly, Creativando srl relies each time on the most suitable express courier or postal service. Since delivery usually takes place during working hours, the customer is required to communicate a different delivery address if there is no one at his address during delivery hours. The goods are shipped on the same day or at the latest within 96 hours of accepting the order, except in some cases where the preparation of the goods may require additional time. The goods travel on behalf and at the risk of Creativando srl; upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note and that the packaging is in good condition. Otherwise, the clause “I accept with reserve” must be indicated on the courier’s delivery note, describing the anomaly found. If the package is seriously damaged in such a way that its contents have also certainly suffered damage, the Customer can refuse delivery of the goods by indicating the clause “Refuse the goods due to damaged packaging” on the courier’s transport document. Within 72 hours of receiving the goods, the Customer must notify Creativando srl of any damage, discrepancies and/or deficiencies found. In the absence of such communication, any complaints may not be accepted.
Art. 6 – Guarantees and assistance
All products sold by Creativando srl are covered by a 24-month guarantee for lack of conformity from the date of purchase. To use the warranty service, the Customer must keep the order confirmation or the invoice. Creativando srl provides for the restoration of the conformity of the product through repair and / or replacement or the reduction of the price without any charge to the Customer.
Art. 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send Creativando srl a written communication via email: [email protected] possibly providing their Iban code for crediting the amount to be refunded. The products must be returned intact and in the original packaging. The shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once the goods have been received at its warehouse, Creativando srl will examine it and if damage and/or breakages are found, the withdrawal cannot be exercised. In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return. Otherwise Creativando srl within 14 working days of receiving the goods will refund the order through the same payment channel used by the customer or by bank transfer.
Art. 8 – Order annulation
The Customer has 48 hours from the acceptance of the online order to communicate its cancellation. This communication must be made via email [email protected] as soon as possible.
Art. 9 – Privacy
By completing an online order, the customer agrees to receive communications via e-mail from Creativando srl. The customer may request at any time not to receive further communications via e-mail while maintaining the ability to access and use the site . The Customer’s personal data is collected and processed by Creativando srl for the purpose strictly connected to the purchase of products through the website and will in no case and for any reason be transferred to third parties thus guaranteeing the Customer compliance with the legislation on data processing personal data, governed by the privacy code in accordance with law 675/96. The data controller is Creativando srl.
